Simply fantastic

My 2006 iMac5 had (1) One G of memory, after all this time to say it was slow is an understatement. I ordered a 3.0GB ( 1GB+2GB Kit) I just installed it in seconds and the deference is amazingly fantastic. Service was quick and easy and it shipped quicker then what they said, I am now looking to do the same with my Mac Pro... I Recommend this product and this company.. This hole experience from beginning to end has been a 5 Star for me.
My macbook only takes 3GHz so it doesn't make sense to put in any more than this. The imbalance between the two sticks (2GB and 1GB) is not something worth worrying about. I suspect that the one study showing that doing balanced memory is slightly faster was from the memory manufacturer. I didn't see any balanced (2x1.5GB) memory available. This is probably because 1.5GB is not close to a power of two, but 2G and 1G are. Memory always seems to come in powers of two.
Pros: Quality, price
Cons: imbalance not really a con

Greatly increased download speed. Glad I was able to buy a 3GB kit instead of being forced to buy an additional GB that the iMac 6.1 could not use.
