Excellent Service All Around

I received my 4GB of RAM in the mail much sooner than I expected. I watched the installation video on my computer which really helped me because I'm not that mechanical. After installing the RAM, my computer only showed I had 2 GB of memory, rather than the 4 GB I expected. I called Technical Support and spoke with Jay. He was extremely helpful, and gave me suggestions to remedy the situation. I followed his advice, and now show having 4 GB of RAM. THANKS OWC!!
I bought from OWC because I have used them before for my IMac, their service is first class and so is their product. They have better service and price than I can get in my own country (Australia) Keep up the good work
I am an electrical engineer by training, so changing RAM modules in a computer is no big deal. These units fit fine and worked on first boot up. I'm not surprised, it should not be a big deal.
I upgraded the memory on my 2009 MacBook 13" to 4.0GB when I updated my Mac to Mavericks. It was very easy to install following OWC's online video. It's been installed now for over a month with no problems.
